Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct original research to develop new AI and machine learning algorithms and models
• Design experiments, implement prototypes, and evaluate novel approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product to transition research into production-ready systems
• Publish research findings in leading conferences and journals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong research culture

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or related AI disciplines and regulations
• Proven track record of research publications or relevant project experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
